WELCOME SESSION 2025/2026 Back

The School of Architecture, Art, and Design (EAAD) has prepared a welcome program, which begins with a welcome session on September 11, followed by a series of activities for first-year students during the week of September 15-19.
The Welcome Session for new students will take place on September 11, starting at 10:00 a.m. in Auditorium 1 of Building 09 on the Azurém Campus in Guimarães.

- September 11, 10:00 a.m. – Auditorium 1 (EA 0.04), EAAD, Azurém, Guimarães | Welcome Session Session for all first-year students, with the presence of the EAAD Presidency Team, Course Directors, and NADA (Architecture, Design, and Art Student Center).

- September 11, 11 a.m. – Auditorium 1 (EA 0.04), EAAD, Azurém, Guimarães | Presentation session for bachelor's and integrated master's degrees with the Course Directors. Integrated Master's Degree in Architecture – Auditorium 1 – EA0.04 Bachelor's Degree in Product Design – Auditorium 2 - EA1.02 Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts – Room EA 0.29

- September 11, 2:00 p.m. – EAAD, Azurém, Couros (IDEGUI and Garagem Avenida), Guimarães | Between Lines and Spaces – Integration activity aimed at promoting knowledge of university spaces and facilitating adaptation to the academic environment. The activity consists of a guided walk by members of NADA (Architecture, Design, and Art Student Group), who will accompany newcomers on a tour of the university campus. The complete program follows in attachment.

During the week of September 15-19, the orientation program includes a series of activities prepared for new EAAD students, as outlined in the attached program.
