Next Wednesday, October 15, at 10:30 a.m., IDEGUI will host the workshop “Possibilities in Paper” by Giovana Matsuda.
In the workshop, students will learn various paper handling techniques. During the session, students will take a journey through folds and creases, which will culminate in a collection of a series and samples that they can review in their project practice.
Bio | Giovana Matsuda is Japanese-Brazilian, trained as an architect and urban planner. Her work investigates paper as an expressive material, combining technique and the power of the manual process. She is currently developing projects that cross art, fashion, and design.
