The PhD in Architecture at the School of
Architecture, Art and Design of the University of Minho (EAAD) promotes
advanced research addressing contemporary architectural challenges through
critical, theoretical and practice-based approaches.
The programme fosters interdisciplinary reflection on architecture and its
relationship with society, technology, and territory.
The PhD degree in Architecture is awarded in one of the following areas of
specialisation:
- City and Territory
- Construction and Technology
- Architectural Culture
