This course is intended to respond to a clear demand for this type of knowledge and specific skills by companies in the construction and project sector. Moreover, this type of special training is scarce in advanced training offers, namely in high education courses.
Responding to this lack of training in a developing area both at national and international levels, the Specialised Training Course in Construction Manager Technician (CMT) here presented will respond to this need and complement the training of those who attend it. At the end, students will obtain specific knowledge about the different phases that integrate the new challenges of construction management. Also, all the students will develop an Internship-Project that will allow them to deepen and apply the knowledge consolidated in the curricular units of the course. The Project will also allow a connection with the business sector since it will be developed in an internship environment within a certain enterprise under share supervision by the course faculty and specialized technicians from that enterprise.
